Position Overview:

We are looking for an accurate, detailed, and hardworking Field Technician to complete site evaluations for septic permits outdoors. Your role is to accurately dig and record soil profiles and lot elevations. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed and accurate recording of the soil profile
• Dig with an auger
• Detailed and accurate recording of neighbor septic and well locations
• Communicate with the supervisor and team
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintaining a strict schedule
• Checking and entering various data
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Using laser and receiver to shoot elevations of sites
• In the field 80% of the time.

Qualifications:

·       Hardworking

·       Ability to learn to dig with an auger.

·       Ability to learn and handle elevation laser

·       Valid Driver's License

·       Detailed oriented

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

·       Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·       Good communication skills
