Cameo Consulting Group, LLC a management is seeking an available ER to support a Federal Client in Washington, DC.
Serve as the focal point for coordination and consultation with Office of Counsel on all employee relations (ER) matters and serve as a conduit between Counsel, TMD, and management on pending ER matters. Provide functional and procedural guidance on Human Resources matters related to performance management, employee relations, and/or reasonable accommodations, etc. Research and analyze procedures—in close coordination with Counsel--to implement an effective ER program within OIG. Analyze employee relations, performance management issues, and or reasonable accommodations and applying OC guidance derived from EEOC and MSPB case law. Provide managers with options that align with the intent of the program while protecting employee rights. Initiate and maintain regular and recurring contacts with supervisors and senior management officials in OIG. Interact and communicate with managers, supervisors, employees, and contractors sufficient to implement and coordinate programs and to defend, explain and promote assigned program initiatives. Develop and respond in writing to a variety of correspondence to include inquiries internal and external to OIG. Formulate written guidance on employee issues that are discoverable in complaints or appeals.
Qualification:
- Must have bachelor's in HR or a similar field of study.
- Must have at least 6 years of experience in Employee Relations.
- Must have Federal experience
