Fast Food Restaurant Shift Lead

We're searching for a dynamic individual to join our team at Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Hauppauge, NY as a Shift Manager. If you have prior restaurant experience and a passion for management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience, including management roles, to effectively lead the team.
Availability to work 32-35 hours per week.
Must be 18 years or older to comply with legal requirements.
A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Knowledge of basic food handling codes and the ability to acquire ServSafe certification.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective team collaboration.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow instructions from the General Manager.
Good customer service skills.
Comfortable working in coolers and freezers.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Professional appearance.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Coordinate and lead the team during shifts to maintain a smooth workflow.
Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations, including ServSafe practices.
Assist in training and developing new team members.
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business goals.
