Farm Machinery Operator

Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking motivated and reliable Farm Machinery Operators to support our greenhouse operations in Delta, BC. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and are eager to learn. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide full training.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and operating farm equipment, ensuring our machinery is safe, functional, and ready to support day-to-day greenhouse activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in various environmental conditions.

What You'll Do

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks

Test and replace faulty components

Follow preventative and scheduled maintenance plans

Adhere to emergency procedures and workplace safety protocols

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment

Perform tasks requiring standing, bending, crouching, or kneeling for extended periods

Work Environment

Greenhouse and outdoor farm setting

Exposure to hot, cold, dusty, or refrigerated environments

Physically demanding work

Qualifications

No degree, certificate, or diploma required

No previous experience necessary—we will train you

Basic English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
