RESPONSIBILITIES:

•          Preparing and filing applications with USCIS, including but not limited to family-based 
•          Handling communication with clients, other attorney offices, judges, etc. 
•          Maintaining and updating filing system and client files and information. 
•          Drafting and filing basic legal documents, discovery requests, and correspondence. 
•          Monitoring deadlines and maintaining calendars 
•          E-filing court documents. 
•          Preparation and filing of custody applications in connection with applications for Special Immigrant Juvenile status. 
•          Schedule & calendar hearings, mediations, and depositions 
•          Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings. 

REQUIREMENTS:

•          Bilingual (Spanish and English)  
•          Minimum Education: College Education or equivalent  
•          Immigration experience (At least 2 years of experience)
