Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work on various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory control
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience in facilities maintenance including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Supervisory skills to lead maintenance projects efficiently

License/Certification:
