Key Responsibilities
- Manage work orders, vendor service tickets, and invoices.
- Update "UpKeep" software (training provided).
- Source and onboard new vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements and insurance.
- Coordinate jurisdictional and vendor inspection and certification processes.
- Support budgeting processes and track expenses.
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and inter-company teams.
- Draft and track facility-related agreements and correspondences.
- Assist in technology implementations and departmental initiatives.
- Improve energy efficiency and monitor utility costs.
- Conduct periodic facility evaluations and enforce company standards.
