π About the Role
Weβre seeking a Facilities Manager who is both strategic and hands-on. This position oversees building operations, maintenance, and safety for our offices and warehouse facilities β but also requires someone handy enough to fix small issues on the spot, like minor plumbing, lighting, or furniture repairs. Youβll coordinate vendors and contractors, manage preventive maintenance programs, and lead projects from renovations to new facility build-outs.

π What Youβll Do
π§ Maintain daily building operations including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general upkeep
π Perform hands-on repairs and small fixes (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, furniture adjustments) as needed
π Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend system life
π
Respond promptly to facility-related service requests and after-hours
emergencies

Manage relationships with janitorial, landscaping, security, and maintenance
vendors

Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire codes, and local building regulations through
regular inspections

Lead facility projects including renovations, office moves, and new facility
build-outs

Track and report on project timelines, milestones, and budgets

Promote sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across facilities

π Who You Are
π 5+ years of experience in facilities or building management (office/warehouse preferred)
π Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety regulations

Skilled at basic repairs and troubleshooting facility issues independently

Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects

Valid driverβs license and ability to travel between Rebel Athletic locations

π Working Conditions
This role requires regular onsite presence and availability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Physical activity including walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Travel between Rebel Athletic locations are expected.
