Palm Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Handyman/Plumber to service commercial clients in and around the San Diego area. This is a steady, no-upsell position focused on quality workmanship and reliable service.

Job Responsibilities
- Commercial plumbing service and repairs
- Running a 100’ drain snake
- Operating sewer cameras and hydro jetters
- Basic drywall repair and painting
- Door and lock repairs and adjustments
- Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.)
- T-bar ceiling repairs
- Minor electrical repairs (a big plus)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to work independently and professionally on commercial sites
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities service
- Strong plumbing background with multi-scope repair ability
- Minor electrical experience is highly valued
