Overview:
Join VIP Medical Academy as an Eyelash Technician Instructor and empower the next generation of lash artists! This role involves teaching safe and effective lash extension application, styling techniques, and sanitation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruct students on classic, hybrid, and volume lash application techniques
Teach proper sanitation, safety, and infection control procedures
Provide feedback, support, and motivation to students
Prepare students for certification and success in the beauty industry

Qualifications:

Certified Lash Technician with at least 1 year of professional experience
Instructor license preferred or ability to obtain quickly
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of hygiene and precision
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
