We are looking for experienced Back of House Managers with strong leadership and organizational skills. Must have a great attitude and commitment to excellence.
BOH Manager will:
Ensure proper handling, storage, & rotation of all food products in accordance with Health Department standards.
Communicate effectively with BOH staff & provide staff with comprehensive directions to carry out tasks.
Ensure adherence to recipes.
Excel in portion control & presentation of all menu items in accordance with company standards.
Communicate effectively with management team & maintenance department on repair issues.
Have working knowledge of Inventory, Cost Control, Purchasing, & Receiving of product.
Develop restaurant menus and specials.
Maintain clean and organized kitchen at all times.
