What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair advanced HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings

Perform precision tune-ups and preventive maintenance with efficiency and care

Respond to service calls, including after-hours when needed, with professionalism and urgency

Guide and mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and setting the standard

Keep your truck stocked, your workspace clean, and your paperwork sharp

Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure a 5-star service experience every time
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 10+ years in the field with a proven track record

Certification: EPA required; NATE preferred

License: Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record

Skills: Top-tier troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, wiring schematics, and system diagnostics
