What is an Experience Lead: You put yourself in the guest’s shoes and guide them through the experience. We show them how to have the most fun so they can create a memory that will last forever.
Best Part of the job: Made me get out of my comfort zone. I’m introverted and shy and wasn’t sure I’d be a fit when I started. But seeing how our guests respond to our team’s energy makes me happy.
Hardest Part of the job: You must like what you’re doing. Adapting to the culture because we stand on our business.
Advice to someone joining the team: Be coachable and be yourself.

Qualifications & Requirements
Degrees & Certifications are great, but not required.
Can work in a team environment, showcases good time management, guest service oriented and trustworthy
30+ hours per work week
Professional dress code during working hours
Day & evening availability with the ability to work special events
Must have reliable transportation
