The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing our bakery departments at multiple locations. Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities with attention to detail in elevating and sustaining our quality.
Responsibilities include:
- product development and costing
- production management for multiple locations
- staffing
- quality control
- inventory management
- packaging and labeling development
- uphold safety and cleanliness standards
Candidate should be a proactive leader with experience in baking, pastry, cake decorating and leadership roles.
