Job Title: Executive Office Administrator
Reports to: Executive Assistant to John and Lisa Bevere
Department: Executive Office

Summary:

Responsible for advancing Messenger International's vision by ensuring the day-to-day operational needs of the executive team are met and that support systems are maintained with excellence.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Process and archive speaking invitations and travel forms

·       Prepare and submit executive reimbursements

·       Curate and send PowerPoint decks and media for executive engagements

·       Organize digital and physical filing systems for executive documents

·       Process and send invoices to host churches for executive engagements

·       Update executive calendars with travel related details as necessary

·       Maintain, update, and clean executive contact lists

·       Assist with executive correspondence

·       Maintain certain personal auto-pay accounts for executives as directed

·       Other duties as assigned

 

Education and/or Experience: 

·       High school diploma; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

·       3+ years experience in administrative support

·       Proficient in Office Suite and digital tools (Asana, GSuite, MS Office, etc.)

 

General Qualifications:

·       Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy

·       Professional written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively

·       Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential or sensitive information

·       Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-minded attitude

Spiritual Requirements:

·       Signed acknowledgement of Messenger’s “Statement of Faith” and “Staff Covenant/Lifestyle Agreement” forms

·       Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in our employee handbook

 

Physical Requirements:

·       Has the ability to function independently

·       Possess the ability to speak

·       Has the physical ability to be able to lift up to 25 pounds (with or without assistance)

·       This position also may require long periods of sitting, standing up, and walking

 

Work Location:
Nashville, Tennessee area. Must be able to present evidence of identity and legal right to work in the United States.

 

Job Type/Schedule:

Full-time, 40-hour work week with the potential for occasional overtime. This is a non-exempt position and is subject to overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

 

Pay:

This has a salary range of $20.00 - $28.00 / hour,depending on qualifications and experience.
