Executive Director of Marketing and Senior Housing

Marketing
· Design marketing materials as needed.
· Manage development and production of printed marketing materials, including the Luther Park calendar, to ensure compliance with brand standards and organizational goals.
· Regularly review and update the Luther Park Community website.
· Manage and track analytics on web campaigns and website.
· Utilize social media and digital advertising to reach target audiences.
· Oversee media relations.
· Review requests for paid advertising and sponsorship and determine which opportunities most effectively reach Luther Park’s target audiences and marketing goals.
· Develop and maintain working relationships with networking groups and referral sources including hospitals, other long-term care facilities, agencies, senior centers, and others.
· Provide leadership to Luther Park’s participation in community events such as fundraising walks and senior health fairs.
· Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) module of PointClickCare, as well as Yardi for Independent Living, to track leads for prospective residents from the point of first contact through admission.
· Develop and manage the marketing budget for Luther Park Community.
· Plan and conduct events as necessary with department directors.
· Provide monthly and quarterly reports on results of marketing efforts.
Fundraising
· Develop a case for support to communicate fundraising priorities to prospective donors.
· Create a culture of philanthropy at Luther Park through ongoing and consistent messaging through various communication channels.
· Cultivate relationships with existing donors with relationship events, one-on-one meetings, and other methods.
· Plan, implement and evaluate fundraising events to strengthen relationships and build the pipeline of new donors.
· Achieve 100% participation in fundraising initiatives from the board of directors and senior staff.
· Write grant applications for strategic projects and ensure grant requirements are met.
· Secure corporate sponsorships and donations.
· Ensure a robust donor recognition program is in place.
Independent Living
· Oversee Independent Living Operations and assist the Property Manager with Day-to-Day tasks if necessary.
· Make final decisions on resident issues such as: Resident complaints, Resident safety issues, Non-payment of rent, lease violations, 7-Day notices, the eviction process, and more.
· Make final decision on rent increases to be approved by accounting.
· Support the Independent Living staff in budget management and oversee spending.
· Oversee leasing of the community and advise the property management staff on processes.
· Make decisions on whether leasing specials are necessary. Collaborate with the Property Manager on execution of marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with the Director of Facilities as necessary on building maintenance projects and/or issues.
· Communicate with residents on prescient property related matters, in concert with the Property Manager.
· Walk both buildings a minimum three times weekly.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and /or sales from an accredited educational institution.
• Three years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with people of all backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Grant writing experience preferred.

• Must have valid driver’s license.
