JOIN VITALITY SENIOR LIVING AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!

Vitality Senior Living of Sebeka is seeking an Executive Director.  The successful candidate will partner with the regional consultants to ensure residents and staff are living and developing.  Set high expectations and assume accountability to ensuring the execution of Vitality’s core values. Drive outcomes by working cohesively with key stakeholders on setting clear goals and remove barriers for the location to achieve goals.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred. 

• Successful completion of Vitality’s general and department orientation program.

• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Assisted Living Director, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.

• Must have a valid drivers license.

• At least 3 years experience in related field preferred.
