We’re looking for a proactive, personable Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO, Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness and lead our administrative team. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support including scheduling, calendar management, and handling confidential communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the President/CEO & Executive Director
- Act as liaison to the Board of Directors, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Manage and support front desk and administrative team members, including hiring, training, and performance feedback
- Work with the Compliance Officer to keep policies and procedures up to date
- Create a warm and welcoming office environment for residents, team members and visitors
- Obtain a Notary Public and keep commission current, notarizing documents for residents and team members as requested.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience, with at least 3 years in an executive assistant role
- Leadership experience a plus—supervisory or team lead background preferred, but not required
- Exceptional organization, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset, able to stay upbeat and go with the flow
- Passion for serving older adults and being part of a mission-driven organization
