Executive Assistant to the President/CEO & Executive Director
Lititz, PA | Full-Time | On-Site

We’re looking for a proactive, personable Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO, Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness and lead our administrative team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support including scheduling, calendar management, and handling confidential communications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the President/CEO & Executive Director
  • Act as liaison to the Board of Directors, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Manage and support front desk and administrative team members, including hiring, training, and performance feedback
  • Work with the Compliance Officer to keep policies and procedures up to date
  • Create a warm and welcoming office environment for residents, team members and visitors
  • Obtain a Notary Public and keep commission current, notarizing documents for residents and team members as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, with at least 3 years in an executive assistant role
  • Leadership experience a plus—supervisory or team lead background preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset, able to stay upbeat and go with the flow
  • Passion for serving older adults and being part of a mission-driven organization
