eCampus.com, a leader in the online textbook industry, is hiring an Returns/Exceptions Review Specialist

Description

Our exception review specialists are responsible for inspecting books upon receipt, maintaining vendor compliance and quality control of secondary inspection required materials. They are also responsible for reconciling problem books with their corresponding customer and vendor accounts. The successful candidate is a dependable, self-starter that is able to learn new material quickly and can work independently. Requirements

·         Previous quality control, warehouse and customer service experience a plus

·         Must be detail oriented

·         Proficient computer knowledge

·         Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

·         Ability to stand for long periods of time

·         Ability to lift 30 lbs.

·         Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)

This position is 1st shift Monday-Friday.
