Excavation Crew Member

We are seeking a full-time Excavation Crew Member to join our team!
Deliverables:
· Checks daily work assignments to ensure that required equipment & materials are prepared
· Clean and prepare worksite by removing debris and possible hazards.
· Operate hand tools, power tools and small compact equipment such as mini skid steer, compact track loader, plate tamper, laser
· Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials
· Communicate effectively with crew members and leadership
Skills and Requirements:
· Prior experience in excavation/construction industry
· Willingness to learn, take instruction, ask questions and carry out assigned duties.
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Ability to lift a minimum 50+ pounds
· Valid NYS driver’s license; CDL a plus!
Compensation:
· Hourly rate of pay dependent upon experience – $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
