Events Captain
- As the Event Captain, you'll be the go-to person during the event - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed
- When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring that the guests have everything they need
- Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift
- Train and develop employees new and existing
- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Handle issues that may arise during an event
- Assist the Events Manager with any tasks they have
- Close down the event
