CleanSlate Solutions, in partnership with Aramark, is proud to offer comprehensive janitorial and housekeeping services at Lumen Field, Seattle's premier event venue. Our mission is to ensure that every event, from sports games to concerts, provides a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all fans and staff. We are currently seeking flexible, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Housekeeping Staff for the upcoming event season.


Position Overview: As a member of our Temporary General Event Housekeeping Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of Lumen Field. Your responsibilities may vary from event to event, including but not limited to sweeping with a broom and caddy, refreshing trash receptacles on the concourse, wiping down tables and chairs, and assisting in the upkeep of staff break and locker rooms. This position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks as assigned, including sweeping, trash collection, wiping surfaces, and assisting with setup and teardown of event spaces.
  • Ensure all areas of Lumen Field are maintained according to cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and public areas as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to requests and inquiries from fans and staff.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to the event schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with fans and staff.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced event setting.
