Smokin’ J’s Rib and Brewhouse is looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen crew. If you’re reliable, ready to work, and passionate about good food, we want to hear from you. We’re hiring immediately!

• Pay: Starting at $15/hour, paid by direct deposit only (no paper checks)

• Hours: Shifts typically vary hours from 12 PM – 12 AM (may go until 2 AM on occasion)

• Position Type: Full-Time

• Staff Meals:

  • Free during training

  • 50% off after training

• Start Date: ASAP

• Full availability preferred (evenings, weekends, and some holidays)

• Prepare and cook menu items to order quickly and accurately

• Keep a clean and organized station throughout your shift

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning

• Work well with teammates in a fast-paced kitchen

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience is a plus — but we will train the right person

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must accept direct deposit for payment

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long shifts

• Dependable, on-time, and ready to work under pressure
