Estimating Support

At Chesapeake Systems (Blankin Equipment Group), we take pride in what we do and the people who make it happen. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Estimating Support to join our Norristown, PA team.
In this role, you will support our estimating and inside sales teams, giving you a chance to learn new skills and grow in a stable, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:
Support Outside Sales Engineers with customer quotes, equipment selection, and pricing.
Prepare technical submittals and project documentation.
Release and order equipment accurately and on schedule.
Coordinate delivery, installation support, start-ups, and warranty matters with customers and manufacturers.
Work with manufacturers to resolve application, ordering, and shipping issues.
Assist with project follow-up, estimating, and bid-day preparation.
Quote and secure orders with assigned accounts.
Provide warehouse support when required.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Equivalent experience
- Prior HVAC or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable with Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
