Environmental Services: Janitor M-F 9:45-6:45p rotating weekends Sat. 9:30a-3:30p

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Janitor to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning vacant units, guest rooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, vacant units including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and windows

• Floor Care 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a janitor or in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
