Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Will manage the following functional areas: general equipment testing and assembly, paint booth, sandblasting, liner assembly, standard waste boxes and carpentry.
- General testing and assembly will include: hydrostatic testing pressure vessels (PV), load testing PV's, installing internal dewatering screens into the PV's.
- Manage liner assembly requiring attention to work traveler details and the ability to look at and interpret drawings. Close work with liner project manager to ensure liners are produced in proper time frame and to the proper specifications.
- Manage standard waste box assembly also requires attention to work traveler detail and the ability to look at and interpret a drawing. Close work with standard waste box project manager to ensure waste boxes are produced in proper time frame and to the proper specifications.
- Paint booth and sandblasting encompass carbon steel pressure vessels, liners and standard waste boxes.
- Crating and packaging from carpentry is required on items after testing is complete and ready to ship. Some crating is designed per customer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reading and understanding blue prints and drawings
- An understanding or previous experience in pressures, gauges, valves, pumps, tagging instruments per P&ID
- Familiarity with NQA-1, and/or ASME
- Follow set guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and safety maintained
- Understanding of manufacturing best practices
- Quality and Safety focused

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test, pre-employment physical, and background investigation.
