Position Description
Entry Level Product Support (not IT role)
- User / Group administration
- Creating users, vehicles, routes
- Assigning User Roles and Permissions
- Setting users inactive
Basic System Administration
- Coordinate meetings with support team and users experiencing issues. Log resolutions/results.
- Configuration changes under direction of senior staff
- Updating of Production Cost Values as required
- Other administration as assigned
- Investigate / make notes and escalate product questions or issues sent to shared email.
Troubleshooting
- login / passwords and permissions problems
- General User Access issues (tablet)
- Investigate and resolve user problem
- Develop knowledge of Waste and Recycling business and operations
Project Tasks
- Assist with data entry of customers/sites/services/routing
- Assist with data entry and manual contract related reporting (support Contract administrators)
- Assist with Customer / Site / Service / Routing evaluations, corrections, and improvement
- On Site administrative support for new launches in Ontario
