Entry Level Building Engineer - Homewood Suites Waterfront

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable Entry Level - Maintenance Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. 

No Experience Required - We provide all training. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel guest rooms and common areas
• Troubleshoot various technical devices such as key card systems, television and satellite equipment, etc.
• Complete projects in painting, landscaping, equipment and tool usage
• Maintain all equipment, fixtures and appliances in guest rooms and common areas
• Upkeep landscaping, building exterior and parking lot
• Must be able to work independently, as well as with others
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Valid driver's license 

  No Experience Necessary.  We provide all training.
