Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Customer Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently. You will be a key player in providing exceptional customer service, helping individuals access important services and benefits. This position requires the ability to travel locally to assist applicants and meet with them in person as needed. A clean driving record and a clear background check are required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to various locations to assist applicants with the enrollment process, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately.

• Communicate effectively with applicants to explain program details and address any questions or concerns.

• Verify eligibility and ensure compliance with all program requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of applications, processing them in a timely manner.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring applicants have a smooth and positive experience.

• Stay up to date on all program guidelines and eligibility criteria to ensure accurate and informed guidance.

• Handle sensitive information confidentially and securely.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline the enrollment process and resolve any issues that may arise.

  
  

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Clean driving record and reliable access to a vehicle for travel to applicant locations.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
