At Environmental Systems Company, we’re looking for an Energy Efficiency Sales Specialist to lead the way in developing innovative, strategic energy projects that align with our clients' goals in decarbonization and energy efficiency. Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Project Development: Identify and develop comprehensive energy projects that align with clients’ goals in decarbonization, energy efficiency, building efficiency, commissioning, retro-commissioning, electric vehicles (EVs), renewables, and grid modernization (including battery and energy storage).
  • Pursuing New Horizons: Actively seek out new business opportunities through insightful market research and analysis, focusing on sustainable energy solutions that advance the transition to cleaner energy.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies and maintain a leading edge.
  • Capitalize on Emerging Markets: Identify and seize new market opportunities in decarbonization, future fuels, renewables, and grid modernization.
  • Strategic Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies for new products and services that resonate with market trends and customer needs.
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry conferences, enhancing brand visibility and fostering meaningful client engagement.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Conduct regular client visits and presentations to deepen relationships and promptly address any concerns.
  • Data-Driven Management: Utilize CRM systems to meticulously track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a related field from a four-year college or university is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in the Energy and Sustainable Energy Solutions sales industry.
  • Market Mastery: In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency, building efficiency, commissioning, retro-commissioning, EVs, renewables, and grid modernization (battery and energy storage) markets and technologies.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to successfully sell business-to-business services within the energy sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driving License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
