Emergency Shelter Case Manager
Jonathan’s Place is accepting applications for a full-time Emergency Shelter Case Manager, a residential program caring for youth in the custody of Child Protective Service. The Emergency Shelter has a capacity of 16 children, ages 0 to 17. This position is responsible for coordination and implementation of comprehensive services for all clients.
The Case Manager position is a full-time position, evenings and weekends (as needed) for agency and youth needs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401k, and other ancillary benefits. Submit cover letter, resume, and salary requirements to emosman@kidnet.org.
Responsibilities Include:
· Ensure residents needs are met by completing necessary referrals and required documentation
· Foster professional relationships with professionals by providing excellent customer service and responding to requests in a timely manner
· Oversee the resident’s daily activities.
· Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services or related field.
· Minimum of two years of experience working with children who have experienced trauma.
· Prior experience working in residential setting is preferred.
