Job Title: Embroidery Operator

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Embroidery Operator. As an Embroidery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

• Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure accurate and high-quality stitching.
• Set up machines with the appropriate thread, needles, and materials according to the job specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor production runs to identify and address any issues with thread tension, pattern alignment, or other potential problems.

• Interpret and follow design specifications, ensuring that embroidery patterns meet client requirements.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired color, size, and placement of embroidery.

• Load and unload materials onto embroidery machines, ensuring proper alignment and tension.
• Manage inventory of thread, backing materials, and other supplies related to the embroidery process.

• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including the number of items produced, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status and any potential challenges.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with various embroidery machines and their operation.

• Ability to read and interpret design specifications.
• Strong understanding of embroidery machine settings and adjustments.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

• High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality of finished products.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in embroidery machine operation is a plus.
