Echelon Fitness is looking for a strategic lifecycle email marketer to focus on the full customer lifecycle from lead nurture to user engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for helping our members get the most value out of Echelon Fitness products and build a positive relationship with our brand. You have experience with developing new nurture streams and workflows and optimizing current email campaigns to deliver measurable impact. You know how to segment and write compelling messages calling your audience to want more. You know industry best practices that drive results.


This role reports to the Director, CRM and Lifecycle Marketing but will work closely with data analysts, marketing operations and other teams to develop lifecycle marketing campaigns focusing on the entire end-to-end user journey.



• Own full lifecycle of the email marketing calendar

• Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, A/B testing, execution, reporting, and optimization

• Build personalized journeys using our email marketing platform, Including campaign workflows, and building segments/audiences/lists

• Own and analyze campaign and customer data to test, optimize, and drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, winback/reactivation rates

• Leverage analytics, quantitative and qualitative customer insights to identify and prioritize opportunities that increase customer LTV

• Collaborate with content and product marketing to distribute relevant content

• Develop, communicate, and analyze the performance of campaigns and report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis

• Work with internal teams to identify new opportunities


ABOUT YOU

• 3-5 years experience developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies across email, mobile, etc., with a successful track record, including measuring performance targets

• Experience managing program design and development for multiple channels

• Strong dedication to great member experiences

• A team player who thrives in small, start-up and fast paced environments

• Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

• Strong analytical skills and passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions

• Knowledge of Photoshop and HTML
