Title: Electrocmechanical System Assembler

Work Location: We’re looking for a Electrocmechanical System Assembler to work in our Foothill Ranch, CA warehouse.

Reports to: Production Manager

Supervising: This is not a supervisory position

The Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc., is currently seeking a Electrocmechanical System Assembler for our warehouse that has experience running electromechanical product assembly functions and has hands-on experience in building these types of systems. Our ideal candidate will also possess skills in wire and electrical fixture assembly. They will also need the technical skills to interact with the Engineering and Production Control departments.

Duties:

• Use wiring diagrams and crimps to build custom designed rack-stack-multi-instrument assemblies.
• Build custom Test Fixtures based on schematics and diagrams from Engineering Dept - converse with Engineering Dept
• Use wire assemblies for both commercial and military customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, rack-stack drawings and technical standards for various military and commercial wiring requirements.
• Documentation of procedures and practices is a must.
• Has knowledge of Safety and Quality Standards.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend and stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, sit and walk.
• Must possess good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be able to pass a Color Blind test (wires come in colors).
• Must have basic math skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Must be a quick learner and able to retain knowledge and follow written & verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
