Education Manager

Overview:

As Education Manager, you will lead, develop, and coordinate enriching educational experiences for our residents and day participants. You'll play a key role in helping individuals pursue learning opportunities, life skills, and personal goals - all in a fun, structured, and person-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit and coordinate volunteer instructors for educational programs
• Design semester-based curriculum plans tailored to participants
• Host classes, workshops, and off-site learning trips
• Monitor participant progress and program impact
• Collaborate with team members, families and community partners
• Maintain safe, inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of paid experience in educational settings
• Degree in Education (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
