Early Learning Program Manager

The Early Learning Site Manager position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County, Inc., a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening the communities in Collier County through its core focus areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.  This position is responsible for assisting with the development and management of Early Learning classes, Kid Zone, family programming, and special events for youth.  Additionally, this position is responsible for the overall administration duties within the YMCA of Collier County Early Learning Department. This includes (but not limited to) staffing, supervision, administering the services to ensure that the programs meet the highest standards of quality possible, following the mission of the YMCA, and maintaining state licenses and regulations.  Efficiency, Organization, and Initiative are critical in this position. Good communication between families and staff is of the utmost importance.

Applicant must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a management or leadership role
• Have a minimum of 5 years working in the child care role, primarily early learning development
• Must have a CDA, FCCPC, or BA in Early Education or similar field
• Must have a DCF Director's Credential, or willing to obtain within the first year of employment

Hours are Monday-Friday and vary depending on needs of the center (7am-6pm).

This is a full time position.
