Dunkin’ Crew Members play a key role in delivering friendly, positive guest experiences while preparing quality products in a clean, fast-paced setting. Teamwork and great service are essential to giving our guests a reason to return.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Follow instructions and complete job duties as assigned
• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including floors, workspaces, and common areas
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Work as part of a team to ensure daily operational standards are met

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Strong time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Prior experience is helpful but not required

Shift: AM and PM weekday shifts available, weekends required.
