We are seeking those who are professional, flexible, positive, willing to learn, teachable, and coachable. The DSP is responsible for working with individuals who are diagnosed with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability; Complex Health Conditions, and/or Mental Health Disorders. The DSP may assist the individual with various goals and direct care such as bathing, feeding, meal prep, help with behaviors, and other duties as assigned. Also, the DSP may provide supervision if ever in the community with the individual,and offer support, guidance, quality assurance and have fun to make it enjoyable for the individuals served!
