We have multiple shifts at various locations throughout Columbus and surrounding areas!

What we will provide you as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:

• $13.00 - $16.00/Hour (depending on client needs, location and experience)
• Add-on rate (applies to certain shifts and conditions)
• No mandatory overtime! Voluntary overtime available!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you will:

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Work closely with a team of people including your co-workers, consumer family members, and medical professionals to help your consumers to live as independently as possible.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance (preferred)
