Driver Helper/Delivery Associate

This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and are ready to make an impact in the building supply industry.

• Deliver Materials: Safely handle and carry building supplies, including drywall, to job sites while ensuring products remain damage-free.

• Teamwork: Work closely with drivers and boom truck operators to unload materials efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.

• Load & Inspect: Prepare delivery vehicles by loading materials and inspecting products for accuracy and quality.

• Safety First: Assess delivery sites for hazards, follow all safety protocols, and use proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.

• Yard Support: Assist with organizing and moving materials in the yard as needed.

• Adaptability: Perform other labor or yard tasks as required to support operations.

• Physical ability to lift and carry 75–100 lbs consistently in a fast-paced environment and variable weather conditions.

• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.

• Previous experience in a physically demanding role or the building supply industry is a bonus but not required.
