Driver (FT 32-40 hours per week - varied hours) CNA Preferred

Luther Park Community is a senior living facility catering to independent, assisted living, long term care and dementia/alzheimer residents.  We are seeking a very reliable, customer focused  and compassionate DRIVER to transport our residents by bus (15 passenger), van or other vehicles to scheduled doctor's appointments, grocery store runs and other events (sometimes in the evenings) as well as available to management to handle unexpected situations.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Ability to drive a 15 passenger bus, van and other vehicles while meeting Federal and State regulations

Ability to assist passengers while maintaining a high level of safety

Transport residents to various locations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

CNA Certification preferred

Must have D3 Chauffeur's license

Clean Driving Record

Experience working in a long term care or other healthcare facility setting is preferred

Strong communication and time-managements skills

Compassion for others

Exceptional customer service skills

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment physical, drug screen and TB test

Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand the English language
