Duties/Responsibilities:
§ Team environment but must be self-motivated.
§ Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and remain active for long periods.
§ Follow safety rules and regulations at all times.
§ Interact with customers in a professional manner.
§ Must be able to help to load materials.
§ Responsible for your load of materials.
§ Operate various equipment such as backhoe, mini-excavator, and Bobcat as needed.
§ Work in various weather conditions.
§ Perform other related duties as assigned.
§ Assist Drill and/or Pump Technician with daily job tasks.
Knowledge/Experience:
§ Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
§ Valid Driver’s license and willing to travel to Baltimore Surrounding Areas.
§ Operate various equipment.
§ Open to learning water conditioning.
§ Tool identifications.
Key Performance Indicators:
§ Open to obtaining a CDL.
§ Open to learning the trade and becoming a Drilling Apprentice.
§ Ability to lift more than 50lbs.
§ Work in a physically demanding environment.
§ Operate various equipment and trailers.

Founded in 1983 by Ron Smith. Ron’s goal was to provide Carroll County, Maryland with clean drinking water. After many years building Carroll Water in 2015 his son, Brian, purchased the company. Brian worked in the company since he was 12 years old. Since acquiring the company Brian’s vision has continued to surpass all expectations, acquiring Harr Well Drilling in 2016 and Jones Well Drilling in 2022, to make Carroll Water a leader in the Water Treatment and Well Drilling industry.
