The Dredge Operations Manager should effectively, safely, and competently manage the project and daily dredging operations. This position will create, and review project plans and manage the daily work schedule to include project mobilization, daily operations and demobilization. They will oversee the day-to-day operations on-site and perform the work to the standard of Wood Dredging by continuously working to exceed our client's expectations. Provides overall direction of the projects with the objective of managing and controlling costs maximizing growth and profitability in a sustainable manner.
Essential job duties and responsibilities include but are not
limited to:

Reviews
project plan and specification
·
Manages
and coordinates project mobilization, project work assignments and demobilization
of dredging projects.
·
Manages
and coordinates day to day onsite operations for Dredging projects.
·
Manages
and coordinates safety & environmental processes for Dredging projects.
·
Manage
asset and project inventories on assets and ensure adequate
records and quantities.
·
Supports and participates in the organization’s Continual Improvement
Program.
·
Create and maintain a
dialogue between customer and General Manager.
·
Plan, coordinate, and
review schedules, surveys, and project milestones
·
Project cost controls
for supplies, fuel, labor, etc.
·
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
·
High School Diploma or equivalent
required.
·
Minimum two years marine industry experience preferred.
·
Possess a valid State
Driver’s License, and a good driving record.
·
Possess a valid
Transportation Workers Identification Credential (T.W.I.C.) or the ability to
gain one immediately.

Schedule - Full-Time, 40+hrs/week, Travel will be required.
