Easton Health Care is currently seeking a Director of Nursing, we are looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel, as directed by the Administrator and Regional Administrator. The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, be challenged by high acuity residents and enjoy working with the elderly. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri RN license, previous DON experience, knowledge of Medicare A&B, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management. Experience working with Behavior Management residents, & ADON or DON experience preferred.
