Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Division Manager to lead our Billings, MT Location. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and team development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division, including sales, operations, finance, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve division goals and objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and drive revenue growth.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the industrial field
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Experience in implementing and managing operational processes.
