What You'll Do:

• You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling and dispatching Fuel Technicians to complete repairs on fueling systems.
• Answer calls from our clients requesting service on their fueling infrastructure equipment and dispatching technician who can complete repairs.
• Assist in creating and filing of invoices, purchase orders and other documentation as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and warehouse facilities and support the branch manager with any additional administrative tasks

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• High School Diploma/GED: A solid educational foundation is required 
• Professional Background: Minimum of 1 year experience in Dispatcher, Receptionist or similar customer facing role
• Industry Experience: Previous Dispatching experience In petroleum, manufacturing, or other blue-collar industries is a REQUIRED
• Personality: Must be able to stay organized, professional and courteous in fast-paced situations
• Communication: Excellent verbal, and written communication skills required, must be able to execute plans with a lot of moving parts.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Suite is a Plus, but will train the right individual
• Location: Must work on-site M-F: 8am-5pm - You will be expected to work between 45-50 hours per week on average.
