Dispatcher

H.E. Neumann is looking for a Dispatcher to join our growing team in Wheeling, WV!  

This position will be responsible for maintaining work schedules for technicians and ensure that customer satisfaction is met. 

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and have a professional mindset.

Responsibilities include:

• Determine and dispatch appropriate representative to ensure a quick and efficient solution for the client while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Maintain an understanding of mechanical systems in order to make the proper decision in scheduling the work
• Provide effective work schedules for the field personnel to ensure customer needs are met
• Build and maintain a positive working relationship with field and in office personnel 
• Inform Service Manager on work progress, customer relations, field relations, and material administration

Qualifications:

• Capable of making independent decisions, while still maintaining a team-focused mentality
  
• Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to prioritize workload
