Dishwasher-Citizen House

Citizen House is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and supports the team by ensuring all dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas remain sanitary and ready for service.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to appropriate stations

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

• Support kitchen staff as needed during busy service periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

• Flexible scheduling available

• Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
