Employment: Full Time Seasonal or Part Time Seasonal December 1st - Mid April

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into a dishwashing machine for cleaning
- Monitor dish machine water temperature and detergent levels
- Unload dishwashing machine and properly put away utensils and dishes
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and safe work area
- Bag kitchen trash and transport to the dumpsters, maintaining the cleanliness of this area as well
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food as may be required
- Stock supplies such as food items and utensils in kitchen and storage areas
- Maintain dishwashing machine and report any mechanical faults to supervisor
- Stock and arrange kitchen utensils and dishes in the existing organization and locations
- Handle glassware and other fragile tableware to prevent breakage
- Execute daily chore lists and duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- A satisfaction making things neat, clean and organized
- Strong/efficient interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Efficient time management
- Positive can do, get it done attitude
- Must be able to obtain a valid Utah food handler permit
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy materials
Work Schedule:
- Breakfast lunch shift: 6:15 am – 3 pm, Dinner shift: 3pm – 11pm. Exact hours vary based on lodge capacity, weather, and staffing
- Some ski time available most days depending on shifts, but not guaranteed
- Weekend and Holiday work required
- No vacation as this is a seasonal position
Accommodations
- Both live out and live-in positions available
- For live in positions, onsite housing available in shared dormitory style rooms. Bi weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day
- Meals provided while on shift for live out employees
- Ski pass included
