Director of Sales (Part-Time) - WoodSpring Suites Williston
WoodSpring Suites is seeking a Director of Sales to support the hotel’s revenue growth. This part-time role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving extended stay occupancy.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a local sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue for the hotel
· Identify, solicit, and maintain relationships with key local accounts and business partners
· Conduct outside sales calls, networking, and prospecting to secure extended stay business
· Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-up and relationship management
· Track sales activity, lead generation, and production through reports and CRM tools as required
· Collaborate with Corporate Sales team to forecast demand and identify opportunities to maximize occupancy
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
Qualifications
· Previous hotel sales experience preferred, ideally in extended stay, select service, or limited service hotels
· Strong understanding of local market sales, business development, and account management
· Proven ability to generate leads and close business
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
· Comfortable working independently in a part-time, flexible schedule role
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales/reporting systems preferred
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for outside sales calls
